Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of primary dysmenorrhea,
* Moderate-to-severe pain during menstrual days 1-3,
* Regular menstrual cycles for past 6 months
Exclusion Criteria:
* Secondary gynaecological conditions,
* Current use of pain medications,
* History of pregnancy
