Inclusion Criteria:
* singleton
* dated pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria:
* fetus with structural or chromosomal anomaly
* receive treatments such as aspirin, progestogen, low molecular weight heparin
* has pre-existing medical disorders such as autoimmune disease, hypertension, diabetes
