Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Older adult patients aged 65 years or above.
* Hospitalized patients in Alexandria university hospitals diagnosed with infection and treated with selected cephalosporins (Ceftriaxone, Ceftazidime, or Cefepime).
