Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Documented active diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
2. Cachexia defined by Fearon criteria of weight loss.
3. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Current active reversible causes of decreased food intake.
