This trial is looking for people with colorectal cancer who are also experiencing weight loss due to cachexia. Participants will receive either the study drug NGM120 or a placebo to see how it affects their condition.

- I have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
- I have significant weight loss that fits cachexia criteria.
- I have signed the informed consent form.
You may not be able to join if
- I have active issues that are affecting my appetite.
- I am currently receiving tube feedings or nutrition through an IV.
- I have cachexia from causes other than my cancer.
