Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people with advanced skin cancer who have a weakened immune system. Participants will receive either amivantamab with hyaluronidase or cetuximab to see which is more effective.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with skin squamous cell carcinoma.
  • I have measurable or non-measurable disease assessed by imaging.
  • I have locally recurrent disease that cannot be surgically treated or I refused surgery.
  • I am immunocompromised as defined in the criteria.
  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have a complete medical history and physical exam done recently.
  • I have satisfactory blood counts and liver function.
  • I have not received treatment with cetuximab or other EGFR inhibitors in the last year.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have an active or past history of interstitial lung disease.
  • I have active brain metastases requiring immediate treatment.
  • I have had a heart attack in the past 6 months.
  • I am currently taking certain immunosuppressant medications.
