Inclusion Criteria:
* Patient over 18 years of age being managed for MIMI, including
* Systemic lupus
* Gougerot-Sjögren's syndrome
* Systemic scleroderma
* Mixed connectivitis
* Inflammatory myositis
* Systemic sarcoidosis
* Systemic vasculitis (necrotizing vasculitis and giant cell arteritis)
