This trial is looking for people who want to improve their mental well-being using a special app. Participants will use the app for four weeks and then provide feedback for three months.
You may be able to join if
- I have elevated symptoms of depression.
- I can speak and understand English.
- I have a smartphone and internet access.
- I can receive text messages.
You may not be able to join if
- I have previously experienced meditation.
- I have used the Healthy Minds Program app before.
- I have a history of psychosis or mania.
- I plan to travel in the next six weeks.
- I have thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
- I did not select the correct code word from the welcome video.
- I am not a US citizen.
- I identify as artificial intelligence.
