Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients under 18 years of age.
* Post-cardiac surgery patients in the CICU of Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital
* Patients at high risk of extubation failure (e.g., young age, open sternotomy, mechanical ventilation \>48 hours).
