About This Trial
This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of an oncolytic virus combined with chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor in patients with initially unresectable, locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).
