This trial is looking for men diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Participants will take a combination of dutasteride and aloe vera for 12 weeks to see how it affects their condition.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
- I am willing to participate in this study.
You may not be able to join if
- I have been suspected of having prostatic cancer.
- I have had previous prostatic surgery.
- I have urinary retention.
- I have complications from BPH like urinary tract infections.
- I have taken an alpha blocker or 5ARI in the last 6 months.
- I have used aloe vera extract regularly.
