Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 2-21.5 years
* Confirmed diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma
* Planned treatment with Cal-PEG
* Informed consent obtained from parents or guardians
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pre-existing coagulation disorders
* Known hypersensitivity to asparaginase products
