Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Biopsy confirmed AL amyloidosis
* Mayo 2004 stage IIIB
* dFLC ≥ 50mg/L
Exclusion Criteria:
* Co-morbidity of uncontrolled infection
* Co-morbidity of other active malignancy
* Co-diagnosis of multiple myeloma or waldenstrom macroglobulinemia
