Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* First surgery of carpal tunnel
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients undergoing treatment for anxiety
* Uncontrolled epilepsy
* Visual (binocular vision) and/or hearing impairments preventing the use of virtual reality
* Pregnancy / breast-feeding
