Inclusion Criteria:
* Signed informed consent
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of colon or rectal cancer
* Mentally alert and capable of communication
* Willing to participate in follow-up, with an estimated life expectancy of more than 6 months
