Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Absence of flow at the pulmonary valve (PA) or presence of thickened and domed. pulmonary valve cusps with a pinhole jet of flow.
* Doppler evidence of ductal-dependent pulmonary circulation.
* Intact ventricular septum.
