Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥18 years.
* Patients scheduled for elective sedated gastroscopy or sedated gastro-colonoscopy.
* Participant provides informed consent.

* Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding (active hematemesis, melena, or confirmed UGIB within 24h).
