This trial is looking for adults who have been diagnosed with advanced bladder cancer and have already tried a certain kind of treatment but their cancer has progressed. They should be able to receive a specific type of chemotherapy and should not have had any of that chemotherapy in the past year. It's also important that they don't have any untreated brain cancer and haven't had too many previous treatments.
