This trial is looking for adults with lupus nephritis or systemic lupus erythematosus. Participants will take a medication called ONT01 and will be monitored for safety and effects on their condition.

Rules you out Active tuberculosisHIVHepatitis BHepatitis C

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus.
  • I have active non-renal symptoms of lupus.
  • I have not responded to at least one other lupus medication.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a serious uncontrolled disease.
  • I have significant cognitive impairment from lupus.
  • I require systemic corticosteroid therapy.
  • I have an active infection.
  • I have a history of certain viral infections.
  • I have had cancer in the past 10 years.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.

About This Trial
