Inclusion Criteria:
* Exposed to mild, moderate or severe adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)
* Screened positive for subsyndromal depression
* Singapore citizens or permanent residents (PRs)
* Aged 21 years to 65 years
* Able to speak and understand English
