This trial is looking for employees at Kaohsiung Medical University or Hospital to participate in an exercise program. Participants will engage in short exercise sessions for 12 weeks and complete surveys and fitness checks.
You may be able to join if
- I am currently employed at Kaohsiung Medical University or Hospital.
- I am willing to take part in a 12-week exercise program.
- I can complete related questionnaires and physical assessments.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant.
- I have been diagnosed with a neurological disorder.
- I experience severe pain in my limb joints that affects assessments.
- I have unstable cardiac conditions like angina or heart failure.
