* Smoking, consuming cannabis
* Skipping breakfast regularly
* Disordered eating patterns
* Taking certain medications that may affect the central and peripheral mechanisms of food intake regulation, cognitive performance and sedative medications
* Food allergies and aversion towards seaweeds
