Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients aged ≥18 of either sex with the clinical diagnosis of oral lichen planus.
* Patients with a PGA score of ≥3 (moderate and severe oral LP).
* Patients who are willing to give informed written consent.
