Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥18 years, regardless of gender.
* HER2-expressing advanced or metastatic breast cancer
* Leptomeningeal metastasis
* Subjects with active brain metastases only must have at least one intracranially measurable lesion (RANO-BM criteria).
