Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* PATIENT: Current diagnosis of stage III or IV cancer
* PATIENT: Able to provide informed consent
* PATIENT: Fluent in English or Spanish
* PATIENT: Have access to a telephone, computer, or mobile device
