About This Trial
GOAL-Stop is a randomized, controlled, non-inferiority trial designed to evaluate whether discontinuing secondary antibiotic prophylaxis (SAP) is non-inferior to continuing SAP in preventing progression of rheumatic heart disease (RHD) among children and adolescents.
