Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of sarcoma according to the International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (ICD-O) and World Health Organization (WHO) classification, including soft tissue sarcoma, bone sarcoma, and GIST
* At least 5 years since initial sarcoma diagnosis
