Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* ≥ 18 years old
* Dutch speaking
* With a planned elective surgery, at the Antwerp University Hospital
* Score of ≥ 11 on APAIS anxiety subscale
* Must be able to complete questions on a tablet (digital literacy)
