Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age from 18 to 65 years.
* Both sexes.
* American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-II.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe cardiovascular problems.
* Respiratory disorders.
* Diabetes.
* Hypertension.
* Obesity.
* Allergic reaction to study drugs.
