Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer who have already received some treatment. Participants will receive either Rina-S or a standard chemotherapy drug for a few months, with regular visits to the study site.

You may be able to join if

  • I have recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer.
  • I have received at least 1 prior line of therapy.
  • I have received platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • I have received a PD(L)-1 inhibitor.
  • I have progressed after my most recent line of therapy.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had prior therapy with a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor.
  • I have another type of cancer besides endometrial cancer.
  • I have active brain metastases or carcinomatous meningitis.
  • I was hospitalized for gastrointestinal obstruction recently.

About This Trial
The purpose of this study is to compare how well Rina-S (GEN1184) works compared to treatment of physician's choice (paclitaxel or doxorubicin) that are considered standard medical care for the treatment of recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer (EC) following prior therapy.
