This observational study will target patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who have started treatment with bimekizumab, upadacitinib, risankizumab, guselkumab, or a tumour necrosis factor-alpha inhibitor (e.g., adalimumab or etanercept) at NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom.
