Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with chronically stable HFrEF complicated by kidney dysfunction (eGFR \< 90 mL/min/1.73m²)
* NYHA class II-III
* Low risk in exercise risk assessment
* Aged 18-75 years
