Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for women who have gestational diabetes and are 18 or older. Participants will use a continuous glucose monitor during their pregnancy and up to 14 days after giving birth to help understand blood sugar levels after pregnancy.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my current pregnancy.
- I am 18 years old or older.
- I have been prescribed Dexcom G7.
You may not be able to join if
- I had diabetes before my pregnancy.
- I have a skin allergy that makes it hard to use a glucose monitor.
- I am taking chronic oral steroids.

About This Trial
Gestational diabetes (GDM) is one of the most common complications of pregnancy, and up to one third of women with GDM will have abnormal blood sugars after their pregnancy. To screen for abnormal blood sugars, standard of care is a 4-12 week postpartum oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). However only 17-60% of women actually have this test performed. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of gestational diabetes during current pregnancy
* age 18 or older
* prescribed Dexcom G7
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregestational diabetes
* known skin adhesive allergy which inhibits ongoing use of CGM
* chronic oral steroid use.
