Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years.
* BMI ≥ 35 kg/m².
* Patients undergoing gastroscopy or gastrointestinal endoscopy.
* The estimated duration of the procedure does not exceed 45 minutes.
* Patients have signed the informed consent form.
