This trial is looking for adults with moderate to severe COPD who have certain inflammation in their lungs, and who are at risk for worsening symptoms. They need to have been diagnosed for at least a year and must not have had any serious lung issues in the past month. It's important that they don't have asthma or other significant lung diseases and aren’t currently using supplemental oxygen.
