Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Women aged 60-75 years old, any ethnicity. * Participants with T- score between \< 1.0 and \> -2.5 measured by DXA scan within 6 months of the first day of the study. * Adequate cognitive function to be able to give informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: * Osteoporosis and fr…
