Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Aged 18 - 75, any gender.
* Newly diagnosed WHO grade 4 brain tumor with at least one evaluable lesion, imaging suggesting ventricular or meningeal invasion.
* History of intraoperative intraventricular or cisternal opening.
