This trial is looking for young adults aged 15-39 who have been diagnosed with cancer. Participants will complete questionnaires about their needs for exercise, sexual health, and more.

- I am between 15 and 39 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with cancer.
- I have received or am receiving treatment for cancer.
You may not be able to join if
- I have severe emotional distress or anxiety that limits my participation.
