About This Trial
Low-glycemic index (GI) carbohydrates help prevent type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease by reducing postprandial glucose, insulin spikes, inflammation, and triglyceride synthesis. They improve weight, lipid profiles, and vascular health.
