Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults who have been hospitalized for heart failure. Participants will use a device to help manage their heart condition under the care of a Cleveland Clinic cardiologist.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 21 years old or older
  • I have been hospitalized for acute heart failure
  • I can speak and read English

You may not be able to join if

  • I have severe heart symptoms (class IV)
  • I am scheduled for a heart transplant or device within the next year
  • I have kidney issues not responding to treatment
  • I have a life expectancy of less than 12 months
  • I am pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the next year
  • I weigh more than 375 lbs
  • I cannot stand on two bare feet without help

About This Trial
FIGHT-HF is an exploratory non-randomized open-label study evaluating a heart failure management intervention.
