This trial is looking for cancer survivors who are part of the World Trade Center Health Program. Participants will take part in a brief program aimed at helping them become more active physically.
You may be able to join if
- I am part of the World Trade Center Health Program.
- I have a history of cancer and have completed my treatment.
- I am able to be physically active, at least walking slowly.
You may not be able to join if
- I am currently receiving active cancer treatment.
- I have late-stage cancer.
- I cannot follow the scheduled visits.
- I am pregnant.
- I would not be safe to exercise without medical supervision.
- I cannot speak and read English.
