This trial is looking for adults with a specific BAG3 gene mutation who have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Participants will receive a one-time intravenous infusion of a treatment called ALXN2350 and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.
You may be able to join if
- I have a pathogenic or likely pathogenic mutation in BAG3
- I have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy
- I am on stable heart failure medications
- I have good acoustic windows for echocardiography
You may not be able to join if
- I have antibodies to AAV9
- I have a mutation in another gene that causes dilated cardiomyopathy
- I have decompensated heart failure
