This trial is looking for adults with a specific BAG3 gene mutation who have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Participants will receive a one-time intravenous infusion of a treatment called ALXN2350 and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.

You may be able to join if

  • I have a pathogenic or likely pathogenic mutation in BAG3
  • I have been diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy
  • I am on stable heart failure medications
  • I have good acoustic windows for echocardiography

You may not be able to join if

  • I have antibodies to AAV9
  • I have a mutation in another gene that causes dilated cardiomyopathy
  • I have decompensated heart failure
