This trial is looking for young people aged 10 to 25 who have been recently diagnosed with cancer. Participants will need to carry a smartphone and wear a smartwatch throughout the study to help identify mental health needs.

- I am between 10 and 25 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with cancer within the last 18 months.
- I am willing to carry a smartphone during the study.
- I am willing to wear a smartwatch during the study.

- I have a significant physical or mental disability.
- I am not proficient in English or Spanish.
