This trial is looking for children and adults who are at high risk for type 1 diabetes, meaning they have certain markers in their blood that suggest they might develop the condition soon. To participate, you should be at least 18 pounds in weight and not have any other types of diabetes or serious heart-related issues. They also won't be able to include anyone who has had certain serious infections or health problems.
