This trial is looking for young cancer patients and their caregivers to help test a virtual reality tool designed to educate them about their condition. Participants will need to have a new cancer diagnosis and are expected to receive chemotherapy.

I have been diagnosed with a malignancy or bone marrow failure condition.
I am planned to receive chemotherapy.
I will be receiving a central line.

I have a medical reason that prevents me from using virtual reality.
I have a history of seizures triggered by flashing lights.
I do not plan to receive chemotherapy.
