Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with a type of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma who cannot have surgery or radiation. Participants will receive injections of a treatment for four weeks and will be followed for up to three years.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have locally advanced basal cell carcinoma that can't be treated with surgery or radiation.
  • I have at least one skin lesion that can be injected.
  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have not received certain prior cancer treatments.
  • I have completed any previous radiation treatment at least four weeks before starting this trial.
  • I am willing to follow the study plan and attend visits.
  • I have good blood test results.
  • I can give consent to join the trial.

You may not be able to join if

  • I currently have another type of cancer, unless it was treated and cured over three years ago.
  • I am receiving any current chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
  • I have poor kidney function.
  • I have active severe infections or other serious illnesses.
  • I have had a heart attack or serious heart conditions in the past year.
  • I have untreated uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • I have a history of certain liver issues.
  • I have an active autoimmune disease.
