This trial is looking for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who have not received any previous treatment. Participants will receive either Ivonescimab or Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy as their first treatment.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer.
- I have an ECOG performance status score of 0 or 1.
- I expect to live for at least 6 months.
- I have not received any prior treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer.
- I have at least one measurable tumor.
You may not be able to join if
- I have microsatellite instability-high or mismatch repair deficient disease.
- I have a known BRAF V600E mutation.
- I currently have significant gastrointestinal obstruction.
- I have had ascites requiring paracentesis in the last 30 days.
- I have received prior immunotherapy or anti-angiogenic therapy for colorectal cancer.
- I have a history of inflammatory bowel disease.
- I have resectable disease.
