This trial is looking for men with prostate cancer that has spread but is still sensitive to hormones. Participants will take either rezvilutamide or enzalutamide and will receive regular treatments for their condition.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older
- I have been diagnosed with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer
- I am able to participate in the trial and have signed consent
- I have a good performance status (ECOG PS 0-1)
- I will receive hormone therapy (ADT) during the study
- I have normal organ functions
- I can follow the study requirements
- I will use contraception if I am fertile
You may not be able to join if
- I have had previous treatments for metastatic prostate cancer
- I have taken certain drugs that affect prostate cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks
- My PSA levels are undetectable at the start of the trial
- I plan to start any other cancer treatments during the trial
- I am allergic to rezvilutamide or enzalutamide
- I cannot swallow or have severe digestive issues
- I have had a seizure in the past
- I have significant heart problems
