You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have a body mass index (BMI) of 24.0-45.0 kg/m².
  • I am able and willing to provide written consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have active pulmonary tuberculosis.
  • I have severe liver injury or severe kidney problems.
  • I have had severe heart problems in the past 6 months.
  • I have severe gastrointestinal disorders or had gastrointestinal surgery in the past year.
  • I have conditions causing obesity, like Cushing's syndrome.
  • I have taken other anti-obesity treatments recently.
  • I smoke or have smoked regularly in the past 3 months.
  • I have diabetes or take diabetes medications.
