Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Signature of the Informed Consent for the study
* Age 30-70 years (included)
* Pfirrmann grade III-V
* Need to undergo spinal surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Presence of HIV, HBC, HCV or TPHA infection
