This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 45 with incomplete spinal cord injuries to see if a new training method helps improve walking. Participants will receive either a new combined treatment or standard gait training over 12 weeks.

You may be able to join if

  • I am aged 18 to 45 years
  • I have an incomplete spinal cord injury
  • I can walk with or without assistive devices
  • I have a neurological injury level between T10 and L2
  • I am medically stable
  • I can provide informed consent
  • I am in stable physical and emotional health
  • I have no history of seizures

You may not be able to join if

  • I have severe spasticity or contractures in my lower limbs
  • I have significant pain or joint instability in my lower limbs
  • I have other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders
  • I have open skin lesions or ulcerations
  • I have had recent fractures or orthopedic surgery in my lower limbs
  • I have severe cardiovascular conditions
